Marked Handmade Earl 1779 to the underside, this mid-century piece was crafted in Hong Kong during the 1960s, a period known for detailed silver-plated barware blending traditional European styling with skilled local metalwork.
The weaving is particularly intricate, with layered wirework creating a soft textile-like texture. The twisted handles and braided rim ass structure and a subtle decorative rhythm, while the silver plate has developed a gentle, even patina that enhances its depth.
