By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Condition and Description 

All items sold by Finds For Friends are vintage and pre-loved. As such, they may show signs of age, wear or imperfections that add to their character.

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each piece, but please understand that vintage items are sold as-is. 

2. No Refunds or Exchanges 

Due to the unique and fragile nature of vintage furniture, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind or condition. Please ensure you review the product description, measurements and images before purchasing. If you have any questions we encourage you to contact us prior to completing your order. 

3. Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping is available for delivery to metropolitan areas of Australia only. 

For regional or remote areas, additional charges may apply. We will contact you after purchase to confirm delivery costs if applicable. 

Delivery times are approximate and depend on location and courier availability. If you prefer to arrange your own transport or pickup we are not liable for any damage that may occur once the item has left our premises. 

4. Damages in Transit 

We take care to package items safely; however once the item has been handed over to a third party courier we are not responsible for any damage, loss or delays in transit. We recommend insuring high-value pieces when arranging your own delivery. 

5. Ownership 

Items remain the property of Finds For Friends until payment is received in full.

6. Intellectual Property 

All photos, product descriptions and content on our website and social media are the property of Finds For Friends and may not be used without permission. 

7. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Please review them periodically for any updates.
